Common use of The Option Price Clause in Contracts

The Option Price. If Holder delivers a Notice of Exercise as to less than all of the Option Shares, the Option will expire without further action to the extent then unexercised unless such Notice of Exercise is given in respect of a transaction referred to in Section 7.3 or 7.4, in which event the Option may be exercised in part (to the extent that Option Shares are included in any such transaction) and will remain in effect in accordance with its terms with respect to the unexercised portion thereof.
