Common use of The Organizer Clause in Contracts

The Organizer. Intermediary is exempt from any liability if, after the start of the journey, the border/customs/immigration service or any other competent authority refuses the traveler the right to exit/transit/enter the territory of a state, which is necessary to complete the travel services.
