Common use of THE PARTIES HERETO AGREE AS FOLLOWS Clause in Contracts

THE PARTIES HERETO AGREE AS FOLLOWS. The Parties agree to suspend temporarily, and without prejudice, Article 6 of the current CAS Collective Agreement. The Parties further agree that the Employer shall distribute the value of one (1) Sessional Stipend among CAS Members proportionally based on the number of courses taught in the 2017 – 2018 Fiscal Year within sixty (60) days of ratification of the current CAS Collective Agreement.
