The Plan and Certain Related Matters. The Plan and all related documents, including, without limitation, the Disclosure Statement, and the motion and order relating to approval of this Agreement, must be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Sponsor and the Company and not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
