Common use of The Position Clause in Contracts

The Position. The Employee shall be employed by the Employer in the duties of the Position, as described above. In carrying out his Position, the Employee shall be responsible for the financial department and shall perform the duties and authorities of the Position, as shall from time to time be delegated or assigned to him by the Company CEO. The Employee shall report, as and when requested, to the CEO.
