Common use of The Price and Payment Clause in Contracts

The Price and Payment. 3.1 The price of the goods shall be as stated in the Contract and no increase shall be accepted by the Purchaser unless agreed by them in writing before the execution of the Contract. 3.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Purchaser, the Supplier shall render a separate invoice in respect of each consignment delivered under the Contract. 3.3 Subject to the Purchaser being satisfied that the Supplier is or has been carrying out their duties, obligations and responsibilities under this Contract, payment shall be due 30 days after receipt of the correct invoice.
