Common use of The Project Services Clause in Contracts

The Project Services. ‌ (a) The Contractor shall provide the Project Services in accordance with the Performance Standards and all other requirements set out in Item 8 of Schedule 1 and Schedule 2. (b) In addition to complying with the other provisions of this Agreement the Contractor shall comply with all statements or representations as to its performance or the provision of the Project Services contained in the Proposal. (c) The Contractor shall carry out its obligations and duties and provide the Project Services in order to complete the provision of the Project Services to the reasonable satisfaction of the Authority’s Representative and shall exercise all due care, skill and judgement and at all times act in accordance with the applicable professional standards, principles and practices. (d) The Contractor shall have regard to any requirements notified to it by the Authority’s Representative and shall comply with all reasonable directions of the Authority’s Representative. (e) The Contractor shall permit the Authority’s Representative to enquire of, to confer with and counsel the Contractor and its employees engaged in the provision of the (f) The Contractor shall provide the Authority’s Representative with written reports every 30 days as to the progress of the Project Services. (g) The Contractor shall supply to the Authority’s Representative such information as to the progress of the Project Services as he may from time to time reasonably require.
