The Purpose of Evaluation. The parties recognize the importance and value of a procedure for assisting and evaluating the progress and success of both newly employed and experienced personnel. The ultimate goal of teacher evaluation is the improvement of instruction. Therefore, to the end, the following procedure has been agreed to in effort to accomplish the goals.
