THE PURPOSE OF THE TERMS OF REFERENCE. The purpose of the TORs is to appoint a suitably qualified company: 1. To produce a scripted 20 minutes animated audio visual informercial that tells a story of EDTEA and EDTEA entities service offering which should be delivered in IsiZulu and have English subtitles. 2. To produce 13 x 30 seconds animated audiovisual clips (PSA’s) which should be delivered in IsiZulu and have English subtitles, to be posted on broadcast platforms, that highlight the offering of each entity.
