The Reset Mechanism. For each Fiscal Year commencing with Fiscal Year 6, Licensee and Licensor will recalculate the percentage of the Production Budget to be paid by Licensee as the Program License Fee for Output Programs (the "Reset Mechanism"), using the following method:
