The Rules of Interpretation. The rules of interpretation as set forth in the Credit Agreement shall govern the terms, conditions and provisions hereof. In the event of any conflict between those set forth in this Deed of Trust and the Credit Agreement, the latter shall be deemed controlling and shall preempt the former.
