The Scope of the Job Study. The scope of the job study shall include an internal review of every job classification, job description and compensation level within the SEIU bargaining unit. Compensation levels will be reviewed in relation to other positions within the unit. The committee will be charged with reviewing the classification structure of the unit and develop recommendations for any revisions to the current classification, job description or compensation. The Joint Job Study Committee will jointly develop a job analysis form which will be distributed to every unit member to complete. Unit members will be encouraged to participate in the study but failure to participate shall not be a cause for discipline.
