Common use of The Security Agent Clause in Contracts

The Security Agent. The Security Agent may assign or transfer its rights and/or obligations under this Deed in accordance with, and following the procedure set out in, the Security Trust and Intercreditor Deed and may disclose any information in its possession relating to the Assignor to any actual or prospective assignee, transferee or participant. The consent of the Assignor shall not be required for any such assignment, transfer or disclosure.
