Common use of The Service Provider must Clause in Contracts

The Service Provider must. (a) use due care to safeguard Health's Confidential Information and comply with any security requirements specified by Health from time to time; (b) implement security practices against any unauthorised copying, use, disclosure (whether that disclosure is oral, in writing or in any other form), access and damage or destruction of any of Health Confidential Information; (c) immediately notify Health if the Service Provider: (i) suspects or becomes aware of any unauthorised access to or copying, use, disclosure in any form, damage or destruction of any of Health Confidential Information; or (ii) is required by law to disclose any of Health's Confidential Information; (d) take all reasonable steps to enforce any obligation of confidence imposed or required to be imposed by this Services Agreement; and (e) do all things, execute all Documents and give all assistance reasonably required by Health to enforce any obligation of confidence imposed or required to be imposed by this Services Agreement.
