Common use of The Service Provider Clause in Contracts

The Service Provider. 6.1.1.1 has full capacity and authority and all necessary licences, permits, permissions, powers and consents (including, where its procedures so require, the consent of the Service Provider’s Holding Company) to enter into and to perform the Agreement and each relevant Call-Off Contract; 6.1.1.2 is aware of the purposes for which the Services are required and acknowledges that the Authority is reliant upon the Service Provider’s expertise and knowledge in the provision of the Services; and 6.1.1.3 is entering into this Agreement and each relevant Call-Off Contract as principal and not as agent for any person and that it will act as an independent contractor in carrying out its obligations under this Agreement and any relevant Call-Off Contract;

The Service Provider. 6.1.1.1 1.1.17.1 has full capacity and authority and all necessary licences, permits, permissions, powers and consents (including, where its procedures so require, the consent of its holding company as defined in section 1159 of the Service Provider’s Holding CompanyCompanies Act 2006) to enter into and to perform the Agreement and each relevant Call-Off Contract;; and 6.1.1.2 1.1.17.2 is aware of the purposes for which the Services are required and acknowledges that the Authority is reliant upon the Service Provider’s 's expertise and knowledge in the provision of the Services; and 6.1.1.3 1.1.17.3 is entering into this Agreement and each relevant Call-Off Contract as principal and not as agent for any person and that it will act as an independent contractor in carrying out its obligations under this Agreement and any relevant Call-Off Contract;

The Service Provider. 6.1.1.1 8.1.1.1 has full capacity and authority and all necessary licences, permits, permissions, powers and consents (including, where its procedures so require, the consent of its holding company as defined in section 736 of the Service Provider’s Holding CompanyCompanies Act 1985) to enter into and to perform the Agreement and each any relevant Call-Off Contract;; and 6.1.1.2 is aware of the purposes for which the Services are required and 8.1.1.2 acknowledges that the Authority TfL is reliant upon the Service Provider’s 's expertise and knowledge in the provision of the Services; and 6.1.1.3 8.1.1.3 is entering into this Agreement and each any relevant Call-Off Contract as principal and not as agent for any person and that it will act as an independent contractor in carrying out its obligations under this Agreement and any relevant Call-Off Contract;

The Service Provider. 6.1.1.1 9.1.1.1 has full capacity and authority and all necessary licences, permits, permissions, powers and consents (including, where its procedures so require, the consent of the Service Provider’s its Holding Company) , if any, to enter into and to perform the Agreement and each relevant Call-Off Contract;this Agreement; and 6.1.1.2 9.1.1.2 is aware of the purposes for which the Services and the System are required and acknowledges that the Authority TfL Group is reliant upon the Service Provider’s 's expertise and knowledge in the supply of the System and the provision of the Services; and 6.1.1.3 9.1.1.3 is entering into this Agreement and each relevant Call-Off Contract as principal and not as agent for any person and that it will act as an independent contractor in carrying out its obligations under this Agreement and any relevant Call-Off ContractAgreement;
