THE SETTLEMENT CONSIDERATION. In consideration of the settlement of the Released Plaintiff’s Claims against Defendants and the other Defendants’ Releasees, Mohawk, on behalf of Defendants, shall cause to be paid via check or wire the Settlement Amount to the Escrow Agent no later than fifteen (15) business days after the later of: (a) the date of entry by the Court of an order preliminarily approving this Settlement; or
