The Settlement System. Administrator shall use reasonable endeavours to procure that each Second Tier Agent shall promptly and properly input data and other information as it may receive pursuant to the terms of its appointment into its Second Tier Computer Systems and shall review and validate data and other information in accordance with the relevant Agreed Procedures to establish the completeness thereof and to identify any inconsistencies therein.
