The Shared Workforce Structure. 6.1 The Councils agreed at their respective meetings on 28th July 2021 (East ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ District Council) and 2nd August 2021 (Boston Borough Council) and 29th July 2021 (South Holland District Council) to enter into the South and East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership supported by the Shared Management Team together with such other officers as the Councils may agree in writing from time to time will form part of the Shared Workforce Structure. 6.2 If the Councils propose to add any officers to the Shared Workforce Structure or should the Councils (or any two of them) propose to share any service including any officer or officers otherwise than under s113 of the Local Government Act 1972 after the execution of this agreement they shall prior to any such arrangements being implemented: a) Prepare a draft business case in respect of the service and officer or officers to be shared setting out inter alia the proposed legal and financial arrangements b) Refer the draft business case to the Joint Strategy Board for consideration c) Prepare a final business case, taking account of any feedback from the Joint Strategy Board, and seek approval of the same through each Council’s own decision-making governance arrangements d) Comply with all employment law requirements including but not limited to consultation with officers proposed to be shared e) Agree and sign a service level agreement setting out the terms of the arrangement including the agreed legal basis for the arrangement and the financial arrangements relating thereto 6.3 The Councils shall following the execution of this Agreement agree a standard form of service level agreement for the purposes of clause 6.2(e) above. 6.4 Notwithstanding clause 6.2 above, short term temporary arrangements for sharing an officer or officers may be authorised by the Head of Paid Service.   • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If WCS chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, WCS’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by WCS to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 WCS shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from WCS’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office WCS utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow WCS’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Data shared with Subcontractors If DSHS Data provided under this Contract is to be shared with a subcontractor, the Contract with the subcontractor must include all of the data security provisions within this Contract and within any amendments, attachments, or exhibits within this Contract. Sept. 1, 2023, Section 2275.0103, pursuant to House Bill 4595, Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S.), or (2) headquartered in any of those countries.

  • Parent Right to Access and Challenge Student Data The LEA shall establish reasonable procedures pursuant to which a parent, as that term is defined in 105 ILCS 10/2(g), may inspect and/or copy Student Data and/or challenge the accuracy, relevance or propriety of Student Data, pursuant to Sections 5 and 7 of ISSRA (105 ILCS 10/5; 105 ILCS 10/7) and Section 33 of SOPPA (105 ILCS 85/33). The Provider shall respond to any request by the LEA for Student Data in the possession of the Provider when Provider cooperation is required to afford a parent an opportunity to inspect and/or copy the Student Data, no later than 5 business days from the date of the request. In the event that a parent contacts the Provider directly to inspect and/or copy Student Data, the Provider shall refer the parent to the LEA, which shall follow the necessary and proper procedures regarding the requested Student Data.
