The Territory. 4.1 The Territory shall be the whole world. 4.2 Notwithstanding article 4.1, with regards to any proposed sale of any Product to be installed in a country outside the United States, Canada, European Union and Japan, the Parties agree to discuss risks and determine the conditions, potential limitations and protections to be considered in connection with such installations.
