THE TIME OF DELIVERY. 3.1 The Seller shall deliver the Objects of Purchase within 1 year from the effectiveness of this Contract. 3.2 The Buyer is entitled to postpone the term of delivery by up to 3 months, if the premises of the Buyer are not prepared for the use and operation of the Objects of Purchase.

The Seller is not allowed to deliver the Object of Purchase until the the Buyer are confirms the delivery time. In case the Parties do not prepared for agree on an earlier delivery date, the use and operation Seller is obliged to deliver the Object of Purchase on the last day of the Objects of Purchasedelivery period.
