Common use of The Transfer Agent Clause in Contracts

The Transfer Agent. in its discretion, has and may in the future, at its expense and without further consent by the Fund, at any time subcontract to the extent permitted by law with (and may at any time terminate) one or more other qualified parties as agent to perform any or all of the services hereunder; provided, however, that the appointment of any such agent shall not relieve the Transfer Agent of any of its responsibilities or liabilities under this Agreement.
