Common use of The US Borrower Clause in Contracts

The US Borrower. Schnitzer Steel Canada and each other Canadian Borrower that may become a party thereto, the US Lenders from time to time party thereto, Bank of Montreal, as Canadian Lender, and Bank of America, N.A., as Administrative Agent, Swing Line Lender and an L/C Issuer, are parties to that certain Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of the date hereof (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified, the “Credit Agreement”), which Credit Agreement amended, restated and replaced the Existing Credit Agreement in its entirety.
