The User. (a) must at all times during the Term have a COVID Safe Plan; (b) must ensure that the Use Area is kept clean and tidy, and immediately clean any spillage or waste matter; (c) must avoid any noise or action which may interfere with the activities of UCA, other users of the Property or persons in neighbouring properties; (d) must leave the Use Area (and any other part of the Property for which the User has been provided keys) securely closed and locked with all lights, heaters and other appliances turned off and all furniture returned to its usual locations, or as otherwise directed by UCA from time to time; (e) must comply with all directions and instructions reasonably given by UCA; (f) conduct themselves, and ensure Attendees conduct themselves, in accordance with the Property Details and Code of Conduct and the reasonable direction of UCA, and avoid any conduct which is contrary to UCA’s mission, reputation or activities in the community; (g) must provide adequate and responsible supervision to ensure the safety of the Use Area and the Property and all Attendees; (h) must avoid any action (and ensure Attendees avoid any action) that may cause or result in damage to the Use Area or Property; (i) must ensure that the Permitted Use is undertaken in compliance with all applicable standards, awards, laws and regulations; and (j) agrees and acknowledges that it is the responsibility of the User to protect at all times any personal property that they or any Attendees may bring onto the Property.
The User. In the default condition, the user indicates the person who signed the LA. The user must have one fixed email associate with his/her working place, e.g., a university (▇▇@▇▇▇.▇▇▇) or a company (▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇), and the LA has to be signed with the affiliated email address. In case of students in universities, or temporal employees of companies who do not have fixed affiliated email address, the LA should be signed by a supervisor. The supervisor should sign with his/her work email address affiliates with the workplace, and fill in all students/employees’ info (name, registered ID for the competition) that associate with him/her. One supervisor could sign for multiple students/employees who intend to attend the competition. In this case, ‘the user’ indicate all persons listed in the LA form, including the signer and associated persons. The signer is fully responsible of all users associated with his/her signature in case of any issue related with violation of the LA.
The User. 6.1.1 acknowledges that it is aware that the Intellectual Property in and otherwise associated with or arising from the use of the Service or Software Product is owned or licensed by D&D Property, the applicable Authority or Software Licensor and that the User has no rights of ownership over any Authority Information or any derivative work, images or visual representations associated with or arising from the use of the Software product; 6.1.2 will not use any Authority Information or Software Product in a manner that infringes any party’s (including an Authority or Software Licensor’s) Intellectual Property rights in the Authority Information or Software Product; 6.1.3 except to the extent embodied in Authority Information or derivative work, image or visual representation (and only in the form provided by the Service or Software Product), must not use any logo, trademark, name or other identifying label of D&D Property, any Authority or Software Licensor under any circumstances; 6.1.4 acknowledges that by using the Service and/or Software Product, the User does not acquire ownership of any Intellectual Property rights arising or subsisting in the Services or Software Product, including but not limited to the content accessed by the User from using the Service or Software Product; and 6.1.5 acknowledges that the information set out in the Price Book is ‘commercial-in-confidence’ and, unless compelled by law, shall not disclose such information to any third party.
The User. 3.3.1 may request the provision of Metering Services under this Agreement by submitting to PRE a Service Order in accordance with the Metering Code and the Communications Rules; 3.3.2 must pay for any such Extended Metering Services in accordance with this Agreement; and 3.3.3 may use the Metering Services,
The User. (a) agrees to occupy, use and keep the Designated Facility at the risk of the User; and FOR INFORMATION ONLY (b) releases to the full extent permitted by law DevelopmentWA or its officers, employees or agents including the Manager from any liability, claims, demands, costs, expenses and losses of any kind including caused by, arising from, or relating to: (i) any accident or damage to property or death or injury to, or illness of any person, of any nature in or near the Designated Facility, including from carrying out the Permitted Use; (ii) any loss of profits or business of the User; (iii) any act or default by any person accessing the Designated Facility; (iv) loss of or damage to fixtures or personal property of the User or the User’s Agents, except to the extent it may be caused by the wilful misconduct of DevelopmentWA, its officers, employees or agents.
The User. (i) mandates the Company to manage on its own behalf the Hashing Power subject to Assignment; (ii) acknowledges that it will have no rights in connection with the management and use of the Miner and/or the Mining Pool at which it allocates Hashing Power. As part of the Assignment and at the end of each month of the term of the Agreement, the Company agrees to transfer to the User an amount of BTC resulting from the Mining of BTC equal to a certain percentage of the consideration paid in connection with the purchase of the Hashing Power as set forth below in the summary table in Article 6.2 of the Agreement (the "Mining Credit").
The User. 9.4.1 acknowledges that third party content has intellectual property rights owned by third parties; and 9.4.2 shall obtain licenses to use such content from their respective third party owner(s). The Service Provider disclaims all liability for user's infringement or other violation of third party rights in such content.

The User a. shall exercise care commensurate with its economic value when handling the device, b. shall bear the costs incurred through use himself/herself, e.g. for the printout of documents at the home workplace, (private) printer, energy costs as well as other possible additional costs such as apps, software products, mobile telecommunication contracts etc., c. shall consent to central device management by the Municipality (Mobile Device Management), e. shall, for reasons of data security, undertake to keep the device as well as possible applications up to date and to carry out regular updates. In the event of loss of the device, the User shall be liable in the amount of the market value of the device. The devices are not insured via the lender. Responsibility for taking out insurance lies with the borrower. No entitlement exists to replacement or repair, g. undertakes to protect the device and the related applications against access by third parties, h. shall keep user identifications and passwords secret and shall not make these accessible to third parties, i. shall not remove the manufacturer's restrictions of use from the devices, and shall not install or enable any applications or functions not permitted by the manufacturer (e.g. "Jailbreak", "Rooting"), j. shall be responsible himself/herself for the integration of the mobile end device into home or public networks (WIFI systems), k. shall indemnify the Municipality against third-party claims based on unlawful use of the device and of WIFI installed.

Therefore, the Bank shall have the right to use those balances in Sharia-compliant activities and the Client shall not be entitled to get returns from the balances of such accounts. 3.5 The Bank exerts the normal banking efforts to execute the instructions of the Client and its agents and the persons authorized to sign on the Client’s account on behalf of it. The Bank (or any of its staff) shall not bear any consequences, claims, compensations, loss or damage arising from the execution of such instructions saves in cases of infringement or overindulgence. 3.6 The Bank provides its banking services to the Client in the Bank’s branches or Client Service Centers as per the working hours determined by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA), noting that access to the Bank website and benefiting from the phone banking services will be available to the client around the clock , seven days a week accept the technical needs and any circumstances beyond the bank control. 3.7 The Bank acknowledged to save in its records the data related to the Client’s account and the Bank shall be responsible for the periodic entering of such data in its electronic system without being committed to notify the Client. 3.8 The Client agreed to provide the Bank with its signature specimen and the signature specimens of its agents and the persons authorized to sign on its account and such specimens are deemed regulatory and approved for all operations executed on this account as well as on other banking services.
