THE WORK OF THE CONTRACT. 2.1 The Contractor shall furnish and provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and expertise required to install and complete all work identified in the Contract Documents and more specifically defined in Exhibit A – Summary of Scope of Work. 2.2 The Contractor shall execute the entire Work described in the Contract Documents and Exhibit C, except to the extent specifically indicated in the Contract Documents to be the responsibility of others. 2.3 If any inconsistency, ambiguity, discrepancy or error in the Contract Documents (referred to collectively in this Paragraph as a “discrepancy”) exists, the Contractor shall promptly seek clarification from the Architect, Engineer, or Owner, as applicable, and give written notice to the Owner that such clarification has been requested. In the event the Architect/Engineer or Owner fails to clarify such discrepancy within a reasonable time, the Contractor shall notify the Owner, proceed with the Work, and give precedence to the Contract Documents in the following order of priority: (1) Signed, written modifications issued after execution of this Agreement, including all exhibits not specifically referenced in this Paragraph (2) This Agreement Between Owner and Contractor and all Exhibits not specifically referenced in this Paragraph 2.3; (3) The General Conditions (4) The Summary of Scope of Work, Exhibit A (5) The Specifications
