Therefore. the EMPLOYER Employer and the UNIONUnion, for the life of this AGREEMENT Agreement, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered in this AGREEMENT or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in by this AGREEMENTAgreement, even though such subject or matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated or signed this AGREEMENTAgreement.

Therefore. the EMPLOYER and the UNION, for the life of this AGREEMENT Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain negotiate collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to to, or covered in this AGREEMENT Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this AGREEMENTAgreement, even though such subject subjects or matter matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of or either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated or and signed this AGREEMENTAgreement, except by mutual agreement.

Therefore. the EMPLOYER Employer and the UNIONUnion, for the life of this AGREEMENT Agreement, each voluntarily and I unqualifiedly waives the right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered in this AGREEMENT or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this AGREEMENTAgreement, even though such subject subjects or matter matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated or signed this AGREEMENT.or

Therefore. the EMPLOYER Employer and the UNION, Union for the life duration of this AGREEMENT Agreement, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered in this AGREEMENT or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in by this AGREEMENT, even though such subject or matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated or signed this AGREEMENTAgreement.

Therefore. the EMPLOYER Employer and the UNIONUnion, for the life of this AGREEMENT Agreement and any extension, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject subjects or matter matters referred to or covered in this AGREEMENT Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this AGREEMENTAgreement, even though such subject or matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation orcontemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated or signed this AGREEMENTAgreement.

Therefore. the EMPLOYER employer and the UNIONunion, for the life of this AGREEMENT agreement, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly unequivocally waives the right right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively or individually with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered in this AGREEMENT or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this AGREEMENTagreement, even though such subject subjects or matter matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated or signed this AGREEMENTeither.

Therefore. the EMPLOYER Employer and the UNION, Union for the life of this AGREEMENT Agreement each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives waive the right right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to to, or covered in this AGREEMENT Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this AGREEMENTAgreement, even though such subject subjects or matter matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated or signed this AGREEMENTAgreement.

Therefore. the EMPLOYER Employer and the UNIONUnion, for the life of this AGREEMENT Agreement, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered in this AGREEMENT or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this AGREEMENTherein, even though whether such subject or matter may or may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated or signed this AGREEMENTAgreement.

Therefore. the EMPLOYER Co-Employers and the UNIONUnion, for the life term of this AGREEMENT Agreement, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated obligated, to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered in this AGREEMENT Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this AGREEMENT, agreement even though such subject subjects or matter matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated or signed executed this AGREEMENTAgreement.

Therefore. the EMPLOYER Employer and the UNION, Union for the life of this AGREEMENT Agreement, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated obliged to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered in this AGREEMENT Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this AGREEMENTAgreement, even though such subject or matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated or and signed this AGREEMENTAgreement. All terms and conditions of employment not covered by this Agreement shall continue to be subject to the Employer's discretion and control.

Therefore. the EMPLOYER Employer and the UNIONUnion, for the life duration of this AGREEMENT Agreement, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered in this AGREEMENT or with respect to any subject or matter not Agreement. Except as specifically referred to or covered and expressly provided in this AGREEMENTAgreement, even though such subject or matter may not have been within neither party is required to negotiate any issue during the knowledge or contemplation term of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated or signed this AGREEMENTAgreement unless legally mandated.

Therefore. the EMPLOYER and the UNION, for the life of this AGREEMENT Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives waive the right right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain bargain/negotiate collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to to, or covered in this AGREEMENT Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this AGREEMENTAgreement, even though such subject subjects or matter matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they bargained/negotiated or and signed this AGREEMENTAgreement.

Therefore. the EMPLOYER Employer and the UNIONUnion, for the life of this AGREEMENT Agreement, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated obligated, to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered in this AGREEMENT Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this AGREEMENTAgreement, even though such subject or matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated or signed this AGREEMENTAgreement.

Therefore. the EMPLOYER Employer and the UNIONUnion, for the life of this AGREEMENT Agreement, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives waive the right right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated obligated, to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered in this AGREEMENT Agreement or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this AGREEMENTAgreement, even though such subject or matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated or signed this AGREEMENTAgreement.

Therefore. the EMPLOYER Employer and the UNIONUnion, for the life of this AGREEMENT Agreement, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered in by this AGREEMENT Agreement or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in by this AGREEMENT, even though such subject or matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated or signed this AGREEMENTAgreement.

Therefore. the EMPLOYER and the UNION, for the life of this AGREEMENT Agreement, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered in this AGREEMENT Agreement or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this AGREEMENTAgreement, even though such subject or matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated or signed this AGREEMENTAgreement.
