Thermal Content. For Gas, the product of the measured volume in Mcf's multiplied by the Gross Heating Value per Mcf, adjusted to the same pressure base and expressed in MMBtu's; and for a liquid, the thermal content shall be determined in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Operating Agreements.
