These General. Contract Terms shall remain valid and shall prevail over any terms of business of the Contractor even if the Principal should accept any goods / services in the knowledge that the Contractor has purported to deliver them on terms of business of the Contractor that deviate from or are in conflict with these General Contract Terms.
