These General. Rental Terms and Conditions apply to all rental agreements, quotes and offers concerning the Rental Space and related services and supplies provided by the Carnegie Foundation. In the event that provisions of the rental agreement deviate from the General Rental Terms and Conditions the provisions of the rental agreement shall prevail.
