Third Installment. The Third Installment amounting to Five Millions Seven Hundred Forty Eight Thousand United States Dollars (US$ 5,748,000) shall be due and payable on the date which the BUYER receives a telefax notice from the BUILDER, endorsed by the Classification Society, confirming commencement of steel cutting of the VESSEL.
