Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended or shall be construed to confer upon on any personPerson, other than the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns, any rights legal or remedies equitable right, benefit or remedy of any nature under or by reason of this Agreement and except in respect of Article 8, as it relates to Buyer Indemnitees and Seller Indemnitees who are not otherwise parties to this Agreement.
