Third Party Access to Confidential Information. CTIA acknowledges that any Third Party having a need to obtain access to Confidential Information of Registry as a result of such Third Party's actions as a sub-contractor or vendor of CTIA, or otherwise through its relationship with CTIA shall, as a condition to such access, be required to execute a confidentiality agreement, which confidentiality agreement shall include, at a minimum, the substantive restrictions set forth in this Article 11.
