To FibroGen China’s knowledge, except as disclosed in a writing of even date herewith by FibroGen China to AstraZeneca, there are no activities by Third Parties that would constitute infringement or misappropriation of the FibroGen China Technology (in the case of pending claims, evaluating them as if issued).
