THIRD PARTY AMOUNT. The Cash Manager shall withdraw any Third Party Amounts due to the Seller and pay the same to the Seller, by telegraphic or electronic transfer to such account as may be specified by the Seller from time to time, promptly following a request for such withdrawal being received from the Seller. For the avoidance of doubt, the Cash Manager shall not record the receipt or withdrawal of Third Party Amounts in any of the ledgers maintained under this Agreement.
