Common use of Third Party Applications Clause in Contracts

Third Party Applications. Customer acknowledges that part of the functionality of the Paid Offerings involves integration with and communication and access to Customer’s accounts with other third party service providers to process, retrieve, and evaluate data from such third party accounts (“Third Party Applications”). By using such Third Party Applications in connection with a Paid Offering, Customer hereby authorizes Tines to allow such Third Party Application to access Customer Data as necessary for the interoperation of the Paid Offering and the Third Party Application. Customer acknowledges that Tines is not responsible or liable for the accuracy, content, appropriateness, or completeness of data or content Tines receives from those Third Party Applications.
