Common use of Third-Party Auditor Clause in Contracts

Third-Party Auditor. A Third Party Auditor means a third-party independent contractor that is not a competitor of Kandji. An On-Site Audit can be conducted through a Third Party Auditor if: (i) prior to the On-Site Audit, the Third Party Auditor enters into a non-disclosure agreement containing confidentiality provisions no less protective than those set forth in the Agreement to protect ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s proprietary information; and (ii) the costs of the Third Party Auditor are at Your expense.
