Common use of Third Party Authorizations Clause in Contracts

Third Party Authorizations. At times We may need to contact Your third party providers on Your behalf, such as Your internet provider. Some of these providers may require Your authorization to deal with Us on Your behalf. It is Your responsibility to ensure that We are able to deal freely with these providers. A sample letter to providers is attached to this Agreement in order to assist with the timely obtaining of all required authorizations. Limitation of Liability. By signing this Agreement, You acknowledge and agree that We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, expense or liability resulting from Your failure to follow the above requirements of this Article.
