Third Party Beneficiary Status. Tenant acknowledges that, by entering into this Lease with Landlord, Tenant has not become a third party beneficiary of any lease between Landlord and any other tenant of the Property, and that no part of the inducement to Tenant to enter into this Lease was any promise or covenant of Landlord, express or implied, to enforce any other lease for the benefit of Tenant.
