In the event that a for-profit Third Party requests access or licenses to HIBM mouse or other Licensed Intellectual Property for internal research use, HRG may propose to UPI a grant of rights to such Third Party and UPI shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to decide whether to allow the grant of such research-use-only limited license.
