Common use of Third Party Component Warranty by IAC Clause in Contracts

Third Party Component Warranty by IAC. IAC hereby warrants that (i) any IAC Sourced Component shall comply with the European Union Directive 2002/95/EC on the Restriction on the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment or other similar environmental regulations that IAC is aware of, and (ii) any IAC Sourced Component shall be original. IAC will pass to Sonos all Component suppliers’ warranties to the extent that they are transferable.
