Common use of Third Party Components Clause in Contracts

Third Party Components. Customer acknowledges that the Software contains components made available to Spirent by third-party suppliers, and Customer agrees that each such supplier is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement with the right to enforce Customer’s obligations hereunder with respect to the individual components such supplier has supplied.
