Third Party Content, Software and Services. Except as otherwise agreed upon by the parties in writing, the warranties, obligations and liabilities of Tyler and Your remedies with respect to any Third Party Content, software or services will be limited to whatever recourse may be available against the third party provider of such Third Party Content, software or services and ARE SUBJECT TO ALL RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER LIMITATIONS AS MAY BE DISPLAYED IN OR REFERENCED BY SUCH THIRD PARTY CONTENT, SOFTWARE OR SERVICES.
