Third Party Devices Sample Clauses

Third Party Devices. The Media Manager App may be installed and used on Android mobile devices running a compatible Android version other than Display Devices (“Third Party Devices”). You will be responsible for deploying and installing the APK on Third Party Devices via sideloaded APK installation file obtained by you from the Media Manager Portal, or via the Google Play Store. If you install the Media Manager App on a Third Party Device, we are not responsible for bandwidth charges resulting from your use of the Media Manager App.
Third Party Devices. In cases where City requests or requires Vendor to deliver SmartPoint Modules to a third party meter manufacturer (or any other third party), payment for such modules is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date to such manufacturer or other third party, irrespective of how long it takes such third party to deliver the SmartPoint Modules to City.

Please note that the Third-Party Provider and/or the Supplier do not support devices it has not independently tested or directly sold. Please also note that the Third-Party Supplier’s supplier (and other compatible 3rd party) devices such as video conferencing devices and room systems may work with Webex, however these are not supported unless specified by the Supplier on the Order.

Services. Invoices for Ongoing Fees and services shall be delivered annually or monthly, as applicable, in advance. Invoices for other services shall be delivered upon completion of the applicable service. Invoices and Payment. Customer shall pay all invoices within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. All payments shall be made via check or electronic payment to the account(s) indicated by Sensus from time to time, unless Sensus requests a change in payment methods in writing.

  • Third Party Contractors Tenant shall obtain and deliver to Landlord, Third Party Contractor’s certificates of insurance and applicable endorsements at least seven (7) business days prior to the commencement of work in or about the Premises by any vendor or any other third-party contractor (collectively, a “Third Party Contractor”). All such insurance shall (a) name Landlord as an additional insured under such party’s liability policies as required by Section 10.3.1 above and this Section 10.6, (b) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord under such Third Party Contractor’s commercial general liability insurance, (c) be primary and any insurance carried by Landlord shall be excess and non-contributing, and (d) comply with Landlord’s minimum insurance requirements.

  • Third Party Components The software may include third party components with separate legal notices or governed by other agreements, as may be described in the ThirdPartyNotices file(s) accompanying the software.

  • Third Party Use You may allow your agents, contractors and outsourcing service providers (each a “Permitted Third Party”) to use the Product(s) licensed to you hereunder solely for your benefit in accordance with the terms of this ▇▇▇▇ and you are responsible for any such Permitted Third Party’s compliance with this ▇▇▇▇ in such use. Any breach by any Permitted Third Party of the terms of this ▇▇▇▇ will be considered your breach.

  • Third Party Contracts From the Effective Date through and including the Closing Date, Seller agrees to enter into only those third-party contracts which are necessary to carry out its obligations under Section 5.2, which shall be on market terms and cancellable on thirty (30) days written notice or less, without payment of any fee or penalty. Copies of all such contracts so entered into by Seller shall be promptly provided by Seller to Purchaser.

  • Intercept Devices 26.1.1.1 Local and federal law enforcement agencies periodically request information or assistance from local telephone service providers. When either Party receives a request associated with an End User of the other Party, it shall refer such request to the Party that serves such End User, unless the request directs the receiving Party to attach a pen register, trap-and-trace or form of intercept on the Party's facilities, in which case that Party shall comply with any valid request.
