Third Party Fee Increases Clause Samples

The Third Party Fee Increases clause establishes how changes in fees charged by external service providers or vendors are handled within the agreement. Typically, this clause allows for adjustments to the contract price if a third party, such as a payment processor or software licensor, raises its fees during the contract term. For example, if a cloud hosting provider increases its rates, the additional cost may be passed on to the client under this clause. Its core function is to allocate the risk of fluctuating third-party costs, ensuring that neither party is unfairly burdened by unforeseen fee increases outside their control.
