Third-Party Hardware or Software. Customer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair and use of Customer-supplied hardware or software. HTC assumes no liability or responsibility for the installation, maintenance, compatibility, performance, or technical assistance or other support for any Customer-supplied hardware or software. Customer is still liable for payment for Service, without recourse for credit or prorated refund, for any period of time that the third-party hardware or software impairs their use of the Service. HTC has no responsibility to resolve the difficulties caused by such third-party hardware or software.
