THIRD PARTY INSPECTION. An independent inspector is to be appointed to carry out inspection duties outlined in American Petroleum Institute - Manual of Petroleum Measurement Standards (API - MPMS) for all shipments of Kirkuk crude oil loaded from Ceyhan Terminal. Both First Party and Second Party shall equally share the inspection fees.
