Common use of Third Party Material Clause in Contracts

Third Party Material. 12.1. We may provide you with access to data and components that are sourced from third parties (Third Party Material) as part of the Services. In this instance, you must, and must ensure that your Authorised Users comply with any additional terms that may apply to the use of such Third Party Material (Third Party Terms) (as updated from time to time). If the Services do not include access to Third Party Material at the Start Date, you agree to comply with the Third Party Terms if such material is made available to you at a later date. 12.2. We will make a copy of the Third Party Terms available on the Website. You acknowledge and agree that the Third Party Materials and Third Party Terms may change without notice, and it is your responsibility to monitor the Website to see whether there have been any changes to the Third Party Terms. 12.3.
