Common use of Third Party Property Clause in Contracts

Third Party Property. Any fixtures, personal property or Intellectual Property owned by (a) the lessor under any Equipment Leases (subject to Buyer’s rights under the Equipment Leases); (b) the supplier, vendor, licensor or other party under any Operating Agreements or Licenses and Permits; (c) any Employee; (d) any guest or customer of the Hotel; or (e) the tenant under any Tenant Leases;
