Third Party Providers. Client acknowledges and agrees that the Services may be provided from time to time by, through or with the assistance of affiliates of or vendors to Custodian, including BitGo Inc. as described above. Custodian shall remain liable for its obligations under this Agreement in the event of any breach of this Agreement caused by such affiliates or any vendor.
