Common use of Third Party Service Clause in Contracts

Third Party Service. If Customer enters into an agreement with a third party for a Third-Party Service then Customer may allow such Third-Party Service to use the Solutions provided that (i) as between the Parties, Customer remains responsible for compliance with this Agreement; (ii) such Third-Party Service only uses the Solutions for Customer’s purposes that do not violate the License Restrictions and not for the benefit any third party, and agrees to this Agreement in providing services to Customer; and (iii) Customer remains liable to SentinelOne for the Third-Party Service’s use of and access to the Solutions on Customer’s behalf.
