Third Party Software Maintenance. The first year maintenance for the Third Party Software is invoiced when we make it available to you for downloading.

Third Party Software Maintenance. In the event Client elects not to purchase through Tyler maintenance services on the Third Party Software, it shall be the responsibility of Client to repair and maintain the Third Party Software and purchase enhancements as necessary after installation. 4.3.1. In the event Client elects to purchase through Tyler maintenance services on the Third Party Software, Tyler will facilitate resolution of a defect in Third Party Software with the Developer. 4.3.2. In the event the Developer charges a fee for future Third Party Software release(s), Client shall be required to pay such fee.

Third Party Software Maintenance. Unless otherwise agreed, the maintenance program for any Third Party Software and Data to which a maintenance fee applies begins thirty (30) days after delivery. During Your participation in these maintenance programs, You will contact Epic for consultation or assistance about the third- party item. Epic will respond by assisting You or coordinating support from the supplier. You must participate in these maintenance programs while You participate in the Maintenance Program for any Item of Program Property. Epic also may advise its customers on issues related to Third Party Products not under maintenance through Epic upon request. Assistance that goes beyond determining whether an issue is a Program Error is chargeable at Epic’s then-standard rates for such services.
Third Party Software Maintenance. 6.10 Tech Data will procure for the Customer any Third Party Software Maintenance for the Third Party Maintenance Term in the Quantity specified in an Order.
Third Party Software Maintenance. The Use of any third Party Software delivered to the City by the Vendor Shall be subject to the Terms and conditions of the Third Party Specific Maintenance Agreement (with the exception of Uniface Runtime* which shall be supported by the Vendor and Subject to all the provisions of this Agreement as though it was NOT a Third Party Software), which are attached hereto as Exhibit D. All maintenance requests for the Third Party Software shall be made by City directly to the Third Party Software Manufacture or Service Department.

During the Term, ALLTEL will provide as part of the Base Fees all third party software maintenance for the ALLTEL Provided Third Party Software listed in Exhibit C.

  • Hardware Maintenance Hardware Purchased from NCR Voyix or a Reseller is eligible for coverage under NCR Voyix’s Hardware Maintenance Policy for an additional monthly fee, provided however, that some restrictions apply. Subscribed Hardware includes Hardware Maintenance at no additional charge, subject to timely payment of all fees. Provided that you are current on your payment obligations and otherwise in compliance with this Agreement, your Hardware Maintenance includes remote maintenance services and support via telephone, email or live text or chat on the terms stated at the Account Portal (you acknowledge that third-party message and data rates may apply).
